The Film Club is a on-demand video service that puts you at the disposal an exclusive catalog of quality films, classics, cult and rare, to watch without advertisiong, when you want.

Your digital film library where you can find the cinema that no longer exists, the forbidden, the bizarre, many opportunities for evasion
No subscription or contract is required.

 

Do I have to be registrered to "The Film Club" to Buy a Film?

Yes, you need to be registered to buy movies that you have selected and to access at the page of your purchases.
You can also use "Connect with Facebook":
The email and password you use on Facebook will become your credentials for access to "The Film Club".

 

How to buy a movie?

Consult the catalog "The Film Club" to search your movie by genre, actor or favorite director.
When you have chosen your film, using the buttons located below the preview, you can decide whether to:

Rent it
Since the transaction you have 7 days to complete the rental with a click, then 72 hours of time to enjoy the show.

 

Buy it
For 1 year, you will find the content each time you enter on "The Film Club" by clicking on "My purchases" on your profile. 
 

Download it (if and where available)
Since the transaction you have 30 days to download the content.
You will then receive the .mp4 file containing the film, which be yours forever, without time constraints.

Often to effective use of the site is necessary to enable "Javascript" in your browser; Check that this feature is enabled in the browser otherwise contact us.

 

Can I access to "The Film Club" from abroad?

Yes, but only for certain content.
The service is available only in Italian territory, including the territories of the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City.

In international roaming, the possibility of buying and / or renting content will vary from case to case. Users who travel abroad can still see the movie already downloaded in download version, provided they have already acquired the viewing rights on the device within the Italian territory, the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City.

 

Can I access to "The Film Club" from smartphone?

Of Course. You need to download the "official app" from the App Store (IOS) or Google Play (Android).

NB: When you use the app you can't purchase a movie.

We recomend you to buy a movie or recharge your credit from PC / MAC.

If you use an other "operating system" like Windows Phone, you can use our web site because optimized for mobile devices.

Can I access to "The Film Club" from IPad or tablet?

The site is optimized to be received by PC, tablet, smartphone and iPad.

 
The movie plays but not seen? What can I do?

Verify that you have installed on your PC or MAC a pack of updated audio / video codecs (in particular verify that you have the most popular audio / video codecs: WMV, VC1, H.264 / MPEG-4 AVC, AAC, WMA, MP3 , AC3).

 

Video freezes, what can I do?

If the video stop playing streaming, the probable cause is your internet connection.
If the download of the film had been completed and the playback problem persists you must make sure you have the minimum usage requirements.
Close any active programs that may adversely affect the computer's CPU.
Verify that the drivers of the video card in your computer were updated.

 

The movie plays but you see evil. What I do?

In case  the quality is poor it is necessary to wait,
the movie quality will improve after a few seconds from the start.


When playing a movie streaming video quality does not improve, what can I do?

Verify the amount of available bandwidth (internet connection) or computer processing ability (Or a combination of both factors) are sufficient to enable a reproduction to a higher level of quality.

 

 While playing the video is good but I do not hear the sound, what can I do?

Make sure that any external speakers are on and connected properly;
Make sure the volume on your computer is not set as "mute" or is too low;
Check that the computer audio functions with the main audio software;
Make sure you have installed on your PC or MAC a pack of updated audio / video codecs (in particular verify that they are installed the most popular audio / video codecs: WMV, VC1, H.264 / MPEG-4 AVC, AAC, WMA, MP3, AC3).
